THE FIT1O1 PARTNERSHIP
More than typical physical therapy
-
Our care team is already in the building
Our PTs work side by side with Fit1o1. If something feels off during a workout, just walk into our office, get it looked at, and get back to training. You can even do your home exercise program in the studio with a trainer to guide you, so your rehab stays on track and your form stays right. When your PT visits wrap up, we hand you off to a trainer who already knows your history and goals.
-
Skip the cramped treatment room
Your therapy happens with access to a full gym's worth of equipment — racks, cables, turf, and machines most clinics can't offer. That means more exercise options, better progressions, and a recovery plan built around how you actually move. No gym experience or membership required; the equipment is simply part of your care.

Care that feels less like a clinic
Forget the sterile waiting room and the crowded, rushed appointment. At HQ Physical Therapy, you get one-on-one attention in an active, energizing space where people are moving and getting stronger around you — somewhere that feels like progress.
